Richmond Owusu-Mensah is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in accounting, financial management, payroll administration, and statutory compliance. As Finance & Accounts Manager at FKV & Associates, he has extensive expertise in Xero and QuickBooks, managing bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, payroll, electronic payslips, and statutory submissions with accuracy and efficiency.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Richmond is also the Founder of ROM-VEKI MENS Ventures, a company specializing in consultancy, household sanitation projects for underserved communities, and general goods trading.

At AfriReach Global Business Advisory, Richmond oversees the organization's financial operations, ensuring sound financial governance, compliance, and strategic resource management while supporting the company's mission of driving sustainable business growth across Africa.

Isaac Bamfo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nova Prestige Group and serves as the Operations & Project Manager at AfriReach Global Business Advisory. He brings over nine years of experience in operations, project, and business management, with expertise in operational excellence, project coordination, process optimization, cost control, and strategic business development across technical and service-oriented industries.

Isaac has completed professional training in Construction Project Management at Columbia University, alongside qualifications in project management, business management, and leadership from internationally recognized institutions, including the University of Wisconsin, Workforce Academy Partnership, and Digital Regenesys Business School. He is passionate about helping businesses expand, build sustainable partnerships, and unlock opportunities across Africa.

Sam Elijah is an accomplished commercial and business development leader with over 15 years of experience across technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics, and African markets. He has extensive expertise in regional sales leadership, market entry, strategic partnerships, distributor development, and commercial negotiations.

As the Founder of Innovative Electronics, Sam has successfully sourced and distributed consumer electronics across Africa, including securing the sole distributorship for Blackview Mobile in Malawi. His hands-on experience in market expansion and channel development forms the foundation of AfriReach Global Business Advisory's market-entry strategy. Sam has held commercial roles with globally recognized brands, including HMD Global, Samsung Mobile, and Transsion Holdings (TECNO, itel, and Infinix). He is currently pursuing a Dual MBA in Marketing & Communication and Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, alongside a CMI Level 7 Strategic Management and Chartered Manager qualification.

Gift Festus Mwanganda is a results-driven sales and marketing professional with extensive experience across Malawi and Liberia in sales leadership, business development, and human resource management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Diploma in Management Studies from Exploits University.

His career spans leading global mobile brands, including Blackview Mobile, TECNO Mobile, and Transsion Holdings (TECNO, itel, Infinix, and Carlcare), where he has built expertise in sales operations, distributor management, retail campaigns, team leadership, and customer engagement. He also brings valuable experience in HR management, administration, digital marketing, and finance administration.

At AfriReach Global Business Advisory, Gift leads the company's sales strategy, market development, and client engagement, helping businesses expand their presence and achieve sustainable growth across African markets.

Victor Kofi Opare is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with over seven years of experience in business development, brand strategy, and market expansion. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana.

As the CEO of Spargbags Limited, Victor has successfully driven business growth, previously serving as Sales and Marketing Manager where he helped the company achieve the largest market share in its category and sustained annual sales growth of 25%. His experience also spans interior branding, spatial design, signage, brand visualization, product development, and strategic marketing across multiple industries.
